Local Lumber

Spacht offers fine hardwoods sourced locally, such as ash, cherry, maple, pine, oak, walnut and more.  We also have a wide selection of natural-edge slabs.

Spacht Sawmill is located in picturesque Fairview Village, Worcester Township, Pennsylvania - just 20 miles outside of Philadelphia. It has been operating as a sawmill on the same premises since 1928.

Our Story

Dave and Carol Spacht purchased the mill in 1983 and have maintained it as a "rural" sawmill, selling local hardwoods to craftsmen and woodworkers for utility and fine woodworking use. Old and new technology work together at Spacht Sawmill, where the 1950s circular mill is combined with a modern planing mill. Lumber is both air dried and kiln-dried.
